Promotion of Access to Information Act, No. 2 of 2000.

1. Introduction

This manual is published in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, No. 2 of 2000 (PAIA). It sets out the procedure to be followed when requesting access to records held by Colorworx & Design.

2. About Colorworx

Colorworx & Design is a turnkey project management and delivery company operating across the commercial, retail, office, residential, student accommodation and refurbishment sectors in South Africa.

3. How to Request Information

Requests for access to records must be made in writing on the prescribed form and directed to the Information Officer at the contact details below. A request will be processed in line with the requirements and timeframes set out in the Act.

4. Records Available

Certain records are available automatically, while others may be requested in accordance with PAIA. Where a request is refused, the grounds for refusal will be provided as required by the Act.

5. Fees

A request fee and access fee may be payable as prescribed by the Act before a request is processed or records are released.
